Water Aerobics Classes

The class schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, weather permitting. Classes start at 10:30 AM until the pool heats up and 10 AM when we hit 80 degrees water temperature.

The hour-plus session concentrates on aerobics to get your heart rate up for 20 minutes, stretching and toning, water weights for strength, and good company! You work at your own pace.
